a. Nut cannot be searched within App when I try to bind it
Please try to restart the phone, turn on the Bluetooth, put Nut next to your phone, open our Nut App, click the ‘PLUS’ sign at upper left corner, turn on the Nut (long press the Nut button or pull out the insulation paper if it is mini). If you still cannot find Nut, please send the following information to service@nutspace.com:
1) Press Nut button, whether there is a sound, whether there is light flashing
2) Photos of the Nut (front and back)
3) mobile phone model
4) What platform do you buy on the Nut?
b. It says ‘Timing out’ when I try to bind Nut
Please try to restart your phone, turn on Bluetooth, re-enter our Nut App, and please confirm the following settings:
1) Make sure your phone network is stable and you can try to change another access point;
2) Make sure the Nut is turned on
3) If the Nut has been previously bound to other accounts, please login with other accounts and unbind it while it is connected with phone
If still fail to bind Nut, please send the following information to service@nutspace.com:
1) Is there an error message?
2) Mobile phone model
3) A picture of Nut
c. It says has been registered with another account when I try to bind Nut
please send the following information to service@nutspace.com:
1) picture of Nut
2) the Device ID (you can find it in error message)
3) your country name
4) your own account info of our Nut App (Name in Profile page, phone number or email address)
d. It says ‘Wrong Password’ when I try to bind Nut
Kindly please login the prior account, bind Nut again, then please unbind it while it is connected with phone. After that, you can bind Nut with your new account. If you never used this Nut, please consult the seller directly to ask for a replacement.
2. How many Nuts can be managed with one phone at the same time
Android: 4-6 Nuts
IOS: up to 12 Nuts
3. Can others use my Nut?
Yes. You need to delete the Nut before giving it to others. Note, please ensure Nut is connected with your phone normally when you try to unbind it.
4. About Account and Password
a. No verification code when I try to verify phone number
Please send email to service@nutspace.com, and tell us your Nut App account and phone number, we’ll get a new code for you from our system.
b. No verification email when I try to verify email address
Please send email to service@nutspace.com, and tell us your Nut App account and email address, we’ll try best to verify your email from our system.
c. Forget login password
Please enter our app, click Forgot Password in Login page, enter your Nut App account (phone number or email address), after that you phone number will receive a SMS verification code (or a password resetting link will be sent to your mailbox).
d. No verification code/ verification email after I click Forgot Password
Please send email to service@nutspace.com, and tell us your Nut App account, we’ll try to reset your login password as 123456, after that you can login our app and reset a new password.
5. Questions about Alarm
a. Always disconnect and reconnect
First please check below settings. 
1) Please ensure Nut App cannot be killed by other cleaning apps such as CCleaner (If your phone is Samsung, you also need to add Nut to Unmonitored apps list) 
2) Keep your phone Bluetooth On. 
By the way, we'd like to let you know the valid range as below. Usually the connecting range is around 20-30 meters indoors and 30-50 meters outdoors in the open environment. The range will be smaller when there are many people or other blocks between tracker and the phone. The connecting range is around 10-15 meters in normal home and office environment. If it's out of this range, your phone and tracker will disconnect. 
b. Phone does not beep when I try to use Nut to call phone
You can try to click Nut button twice to call your phone (if your Nut is F5D, you need to long press button to call your phone), and please ensure Nut battery is fully charged. It would be great if you can try to reboot your phone turn on your Phone Bluetooth and keep our app running background. If still does not work, please send below information to service@nutspace.com.

c. Nut does not beep when I try to use phone to call Nut
Please ensure Nut unit is fully charged, or you can try to remove and insert the battery again. Then please try to reboot your phone, turn on Bluetooth to try to test again. If still does not work, please send below information to service@nutspace.com.

d. No alarm while it is disconnected
Please ensure Nut battery is fully charged, go to phone Settings to check whether the Notification of Nut App is ON. After that, please try to reboot your phone, turn on phone Bluetooth, and keep our app running background.

6. How to adjust the alarm distance
Really sorry but we cannot be able to adjust the distance because of changeless Bluetooth protocol.
