Alert sound issue

Find your Nut device via Nut App, no alert sound?

Turn off the Bluetooth of your phone(open System Settings > Bluetooth and toggle the Bluetooth switch from green to gray).

Double click the Nut device button, if the Nut device does not emit a alert sound, the device speaker is working abnormally, please contact our customer service team.
